about

This is an epic eulogy to love, loss, and rediscovery. It's based on my own feelings around certain themes and questions that arose in response to many viewings of "Lost in Translation." It's also a reflection on life, and a romance that spans the reaches of time.

lyrics

I see you
Over and over again
The images burn into my brain
Is it blind luck
Or a higher intelligent aim
To deliver us from the shadows
We became?
Is this real life or a game?

If we turn back the clock
Does it always end the same?
All the memories I lost
Will they ever find a name?

In another world
Will I ever see you again?
In another life
Will I ever know you again?
I’ll keep on searching
Keep on searching to find you
Keep on searching
I’ll keep on searching
Till I find you

I’ve lost track now
Wandering the streets alone
I don’t know if it ever feels like home
Like a ghost in Tokyo
Haunting into the unknown
Could be justice for the visions I have sown

I know my eyes deceive me
What’s lost searches for beauty
You think you will ever know
Where do all the souls Go?
